Solvassure was conceived to meet new accountability regulations by sending out pre-defined assurance checks from a licensed regulations library and highlighting issues to key stakeholders in real time.

Vladimir Yakimenko

Associate Technical Director

Vladimir is a Technical Director for solution development and delivery with over 20 years experience helping technology entrepreneurs realise their vision.

He has successfully served as a systems expert in the information technology industry defining standards, co-ordinating technical knowledge and delivering applications.

He creates an environment where innovators can thrive and continually finds ways to champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas.

Dr Dmitry Pavlyuk

Solution Architect

Dmitry is a Solution Architect and also Head of Mathematical Methods and Modelling at the Transport and Telecommunications Institute where he lectures on probability, statistics and econometrics.

He has 20 years’ experience successfully designing and producing high level technical solutions for a range of innovative programmes across industry sectors.

He also leads the application development team, creating and assessing architecture and design options to align with the direction of the enterprise architecture.

Dr Gang Zhao

Senior Technical Consultant

Gang has designed and developed intelligent systems for 20 years including machine translation, natural language understanding, speech recognition, dialogue systems and rule-based inference engines.

He has taught distributed systems development at the Open University and has published studies on computational linguistics, knowledge systems and ontology development.

He has also helped private and public institutions and European research programs with competence-based job portals, information extraction and optical character recognition.

Debbie Carlton

Senior Training Consultant

Debbie has spent over 20 years as a successful independent consultant and project manager in knowledge transfer, workforce development, online/mobile learning and competency measurement.

She started her career as a Civil Engineer winning awards for her designs, before attending a leading business school and establishing and selling an innovative and profitable e-learning company.

Since then she has applied her extensive business transformation capabilities by helping organisations select and implement methodologies and technologies that improve human performance.

James Booth

Non Executive Director

James founded Scoota in 2008, a business that specialises in realising marketing opportunities for brands through an online content-distribution platform.

Prior to this, he was co-founder and CEO of Tangozebra, the leading provider of digital marketing solutions in Europe with a rich media market share of 70% that was later acquired by Google.

In 2006 he was nominated at the NMA awards for the greatest individual contribution to new media and in 2007 Tangozebra won Supplier of the Year at the Revolution awards.
